What a useful correction contains
Include the public configuration ID, disputed fact, original manufacturer URL, model year, exact page or table, revision date, and the relevant equipment condition. Do not send a VIN, registration, location, or personal scale ticket unless you choose to share it through a separate channel.
Send a documented correction to the site administration. The maintainer records the proposed correction, compares the original table and its footnotes, and reviews the data diff before updating the public snapshot.
How updates are reviewed
Originals are cached locally with retrieval dates and SHA-256 hashes. The data update command checks the reviewed snapshot and writes a change report. Changes to limits, packages, exclusions, and applicability require a new original-table review before acceptance. User scenarios never modify the public data.
